Encore Award Season Enrollment

This form is for producing companies to register the shows that they want to be considered for the 2026 award season. Once subitted an invoice will be sent in order to process the enrollment fees.

(Individual Production Applications will still need to be submitted at least three weeks prior to opening)

1 ticket for the judge (3 total)

2 Tickets - for the judge and a companion (6 total)

How Many Productions would you like to enroll in the 2026 Award Season? (Shows must open prior to December 20, 2026)

Please List the Productions with the general dates (For Example: The Sound of Music - September 4-26.) Please indicate if any of the productions are Youth or Jr productions.

Is there anything you would like to share with the administrator? Please include in the space below.

Once this form is submitted the Encore Award Administrator will send you an invoice for the enrollment fees associated with enrollment. (if you have quesions about the fees please contact the administrator) Payment must be processed before judges can be sent to score any production.

Please Note: Individual production applications must still be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the opening of each production. Late or missing applications may result in the show being removed from consideration.
